『地球を守ろう (*3) 』と協働で8月1日、東京マーチ

世界最年少の環境活動家かつ国連スピーチ者のリシプリヤ・カングジャム (*1) が彼女の施策『グリーンオリンピック (*2) 』の為に来日し、『地球を守ろう (*3) 』と協働で8月1日、東京マーチを行います。

The world youngest climate activist and also the youngest speaker at United Nations in history of the World, Licypriya Kangujam*1 is coming to Tokyo for her new initiative “Green Olympics*2” and also to do her climate strike with Chikyuwomamorou*3 (Save the planet) and hundreds of Japanese climate activists on 1st August in Tokyo..

*1…リシプリヤ・カングジャムは世界最年少の環境活動家かつ国連スピーチ者で、世界子供平和賞やその他の賞を受賞し、『2020年世界の素晴らしい子ども100人』にも選ばれ、国連開発プログラムでもグレタ・トゥーンベリさんやアメリカのジェイミー・マーゴリンさんと並んで環境活動家として取り上げられています。

*1… Licypriya Kangujam is the world youngest climate activist and also the youngest speaker at United Nations in history of the World also the youngest speaker at United Nations in history of the World, who was awarded a World Children Peace prize and others, chosen as a featured environmental activist along with Greta Thunberg and Jamie Margolin in United Nations Development Programme and “Top 100 Amazing Children of the World 2020”.

*2… グリーンオリンピックの5つのポイント；

①開催国（日本政府）がオリンピックを開催、運営するにあたって排出したすべての温室効果ガスを相殺する；

②オリンピック施設へ向かう、またオリンピック施設から出るすべての移動を温室効果ガス排出無しにする；

③それぞれのオリンピックのアスリートに植樹の機会を与える（10,000本になる計算）；

④会場における使い捨てプラスチックの使用を禁止する；

⑤開会式と閉会式における花火ショーは代わりに、ドローンディスプレイ、レーザーとサウンドライトショーとする。

*2… The Five – point charters of “Green Olympics” are:

1) Host Country (Japan Government) to calculate and offset all emissions associated with the organizing and running the Olympics;

2) All transportation to and from the Olympic facilities to be emissions-free;

3) Each Olympic athlete to be given the chance to plant a tree (which means total 10,000 tress);

4) No single used plastics will be allowed at any of the venues;

5) Using of drone display, laser and sound light show only instead fireworks show in the opening and closing ceremony of Olympics.

*3… “Chikyuwomamorou (Save the planet)”is taking action to tell about the reality of climate crisis in all 47 prefectures in Japan as well as all over the world.

1) Seminars by the representative Takahisa Taniguchi, a climate activist who lives in Germany.

2) Parade with all the participants.

2) To connect with each other in peace with fun.

3) To show what we value to the government, businesses, media, and banks.
